Where exactly is the hotel?
Hotel Duomo Firenze is at Piazza del Duomo 1, 50122 Florence, on the left side of the square as you face the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The hotel occupies a historic 14th-century building that in the 18th century was the residence of the Gondi family. Santa Maria Novella railway station is about 700 meters away, a 10-minute walk, and the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti are all within walking distance.
Which rooms face the Cathedral?
We have 24 rooms, from economy single rooms to the Deluxe room facing the Dome. Many of them look straight onto the Cathedral, and some have a private balcony over Piazza del Duomo:

Good to know before you book
- Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.
- The reception is on the 4th floor, reached by lift; rooms are on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors, connected by internal staircases of 19 steps. Our staff will help with your luggage.
- Because the building is a historic landmark, we have no rooms adapted for guests with disabilities.
- Florence city tax: €6 per person per night (maximum 7 nights), children up to 12 are exempt.
- Partner garage 150 meters away: €35 per 24 hours for cars up to 4.5 meters.
