The hotel is spread across several levels. The reception is located on the fourth floor and can be easily reached by elevator from the ground floor.
The fourth floor also features 10 guest rooms, including our exclusive rooms with private balconies.
The remaining rooms are located on the third and fifth floors, connected by internal staircases of just 19 steps.

Where is Hotel Duomo Firenze?
At Piazza del Duomo 1, 50122 Florence, on the left side of the square as you face the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Santa Maria Novella railway station is about 700 meters away, a 10-minute walk.
Do all rooms have a view of the Duomo?
No. Many of our 24 rooms face the Cathedral, but not all of them. If the view matters to you, book aDome Viewroom: Deluxe room 40, the Exclusive rooms with balcony, and the Superior and Classic rooms with Dome view. Other rooms face the quiet inner courtyard or the city.See all our rooms.
Is breakfast included in the price?
It depends on the rate you choose. You can book a rate with breakfast, or add it for €12 per person when you book online (€15 per person at check-in). The sweet and savory buffet is served every day from 7:30 to 10:00 AM.See the buffet.
Is there a lift?
Yes. A lift takes you from the ground floor to the reception on the 4th floor. Rooms are on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors, connected by internal staircases of 19 steps, and our staff will gladly help with your luggage. Because the building is a historic landmark, we have no rooms adapted for guests with disabilities.
What is included in every room?
Free high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, bed linen and towels, soap and shampoo, and daily cleaning. Mineral water, American coffee, tea and biscuits are free in the breakfast room 24 hours a day.
