Arrival/Departure
Reception is open 24 hours.
Check-in is available from 2.00 PM and check-out up to noon (11:00).
In case you arrive before check-in time and your room is not ready yet, you can leave your
luggage in our deposit till the room is ready.
In case of arrivals after 9.00 PM we kindly ask you to communicate it to the reception in
advance, or write it in your reservation.
Our hotel offers a late check-out service up to 11 AM. If you need to leave your luggage with
us after check-out time, no problem. We’ll keep them safe till your final departure.
Payment Info
All prices are meant per room, per night. The city of Florence tourism tax of 4,50 euro per
person per day is not included in the room rate and must be paid in cash at check-in or check-
out time.
Your credit card details are requested as a guarantee for your reservation.
No charges will be made in advance to your credit card unless you have a pre-payment rate
plan.
Total payment is made upon check-in, unless you have chosen a room which had to be
prepaid (non-refundable rates).
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy is different depending on the rate plan chosen during the booking phase, therefore we invite you to check the relative cancellation policy.

No cancellations are accepted by phone.
- CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS DURING YOUR STAY IN THE HOTEL ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
- In case of no explicit communication, the reservation and our cancellations and/or
modifications policy are to be considered accepted.
- For longer stays of 7 or more nights or for reservations of 3 or more rooms, the hotel reserves
the right to ask a deposit from 50% to 100% of the total cost of the stay.
