"Ottima scelta!"

Per festeggiare l'anniversario di matrimonio di una coppia di zii, abbiamo scelto Firenze e l'hotel Duomo. Sono rimasti entusiasti per la cortesia del personale, l'accurata pulizia, la cura dei dettagli.....e l'invidiabile vista sul Duomo! Da non sottovalutare l'ottima posizione centrale, che consente anche in due giorni di poter raggiungere i principali luoghi di interesse artistico della città. Inoltre l'hotel offre la possibilità di arrivare alla stazione del treno con una breve camminata. I miei zii, rientrati dal loro romantico soggiorno, hanno vivamente consigliato a tutti l'hotel Duomo.

"Camera con vista"

Nonostante avessimo prenotato una camera con vista abbiamo ricevuto l'upgrade a camera con balcone sul Duomo. Davvero eccezionale, arredamento moderno con bagno molto spazioso e un piccolo terrazzino da cui si gode di una vista davvero invidiabile.
La prima fornitura del frigo bar gratuita ed è disponibile la Wifi, sempre gratuitamente.
La colazione ci ha soddisfatto pienamente, varia e con prodotti freschi e di qualità.
Lo consiglio! torneremo sicuramente!

"Posizione strategica"

La struttura è ubicata in una posizione che ti permette di accedere, con facilitá, a tutte le principali attrazioni artistiche/culturali. Il personale è ben preparato, cordiale, disponibile offrendo un servizio di reception 24 su 24. Colazione per tutti i gusti, dolce, salato, frutta. Pulizia accurata.

"Hidden Gem"

Hotel is next to Duomo. Rooms are clean, comfortable and have character. Hotel staff are wonderful, so helpful anfd friendly. The location is superb, close to everything. "Can't get a better location"

This hotel is across the street from the Duomo. We stayed two nights in a room that had a direct view. Woke up each morning to the amazing music in the square. The staff is incredibly helpful and the overall service is top of the line. Breakfast is served in a cafe that looks out on the square. And when we left they gave us a bag of Biscotti and a bottle of sweet wine as a gift. Definitely made our experience in Florence exceptional.

"Best location in Florence!"

We stayed at the Hotel Duomo for 4 days of our honeymoon and loved it! It was clean and very comfortable and the staff was nice and helpful with any questions we had. Most of all we loved the location, literally right outside the Duomo (we had a partial Duomo view from our window!) it was perfect for newcomers to Florence to always be able to find our way back!We absolutely intend to stay here again in the future and recommend to anyone traveling to Florence!

"Outstanding!!"

Ticks every box!!! This hotel boasts every quality you could possibly expect.
The hotel is situated right in the heart of the historic centre making all points of interest easily accessible.
The rooms are clean, tidy, spacious with beautiful bed linen and beautiful decor.
The staff are friendly, polite and most helpful.
Our stay was wonderful with knowledgable and helpful staff on hand to offer advice, guidance and peace of mind.
Would definitely stay here again if I were to return to Florence.Highly recommend.

"Great location with a friendly and helpful staff!"

We received a great deal on tripadvisor for this hotel. It is perfectly located in central Florence. The little balcony's off the room are so quaint and relaxed, and the rooms are spacious and clean. One fun tip- everything in the stocked mini bar is free for the first use!

"Look no further!"

Look no further; this is the ONLY place to stay when in Florence. The Duomo is so close you can touch it! Best location, great room, front desk most helpful and accommodating. You feel like you are staying in someone's home. Our daughter is studying abroad and this is close to school and every attraction Florence offers. Highly recommend and would look no further. Will return!!!

"One of the best hotels"

As the title says, one of the best hotels we stayed at in Europe. Value for money and you couldn't be closer to everything. Folk i out the extra for a duomo facing room and open the windows to let the street music in. Well worth it!

"no se dejen llevar por la primera vista"

El hotel esta ubicado frente al duomo abris tu ventana y ves la basilica. las habitaciones son excelentes, el desayuno es impresionante y cuenta con una terraza con vista a la plaza. ademas su ubicacion permite disfrutar de florencia sin perdida de tiempo, pudiendo disfruta del dia como de la noche.

"Fantastico"

Hemos eligido este hotel sobretodo por su ubicacion en el centro de la ciudad. Habitacion bastante grande, desayuno rico y limpieza excelente. La decoracion nos gustò mucho, Florencia es una ciudad inolvidable.

Nous avons passé un week end à Florence et avons séjourné dans cet hôtel deux nuits.
L'accueil est très aimable et souriant.
La personne qui nous a accueilli nous a donné pleins de renseignements sur la ville, et parlait très bien français par dessus tout.
Le jour de notre départ, on nous a gentiment proposé de garder nos bagages jusqu'à l'heure de notre départ (soit 17h) et on nous a également proposé de nous appeler un taxi.
De plus, notre chambre était très bien aménagé et propre.
La localisation est super ! Juste au pieds du Duomo, 5 minutes du palazzo vecchio, de l'église San Lorenzo et du mercato centrale.
Je le recommande vivement.

"Un hôtel fantastique à deux pas de la cathédrale"

Une service excellent, des chambres très agréables et quand on sort... On est face à la cathédrale ! L'emplacement est parfait et très central, le prix est correct pour un hôtel de cette qualité.
